Pour Fernet Hunter into a pre-chilled 300 ml highball glass.
Fill the glass with ice to the rim. Break the mint in the palm of your hand to release the oils and drop inside the glass. Top up with soda water and give the ice a quick lift with a bar spoon
Cordial
60ml Sparkling Wine
60ml Soda water

3 pieces of berries
1 mint stem
1 orange twist
Pour both the Fernet Hunter and blackcurrant cordial into a wine glass and mix to incorporate the liquids. Fill the glass with ice, then break the mint and twist the orange peel to release both oils. Drop them inside the glass along with the berries. Top the glass with a combination of sparkling wine and soda water. Give the ice a quick lift with a bar spoon.
30ml Cloudy Apple Juice
50ml spicy ginger ale
(non-alcoholic)
5ml fresh lime juice
3 slices apple
In a pre-chilled 300 ml highball glass, pour Granit, cloudy apple juice and fresh lime juice.
Mix to incorporate the liquids. Fill the glass with ice to the rim. Top up with ginger ale and give the ice a quick lift with a bar spoon. Garnish with thin slices of apple.
25ml Bianco Vermouth
25ml Gin
1 lemon or orange
peel
Pour Granit, Vermouth and Gin in a pre-chilled mixing glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir continuously for 30 seconds or until it gets real cold. Strain into a rock glass with rock ice. Garnish with lemon or orange peel.
We find that citrus forward Gin's work best.
