Currently, we operate solely for deliveries and do not offer pickup options.

Returns and replacements are applicable under the following conditions:

Goods must be damaged or defective.

Goods must have been directly purchased from fernethunter.com

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Opened bottles or items bought from third-party sellers are ineligible for refunds. Additionally, sale items cannot be refunded.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning an order and ensuring the safe arrival of goods. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not take responsibility for any bottle breakages occurring during transit.

If your situation aligns with our Returns Policy, kindly contact us. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 working days.
